A Career
Without Limits
You’ve Earned the Right to Want More
You’ve done the work—the late nights, the last-minute requests, the strategic initiatives. You hit or exceeded your targets, over and over again.
Yet you didn’t get the promotion, the raise, the budget, or the role.
You tell yourself, “It’s OK, I don’t need more. It doesn’t have to be about me.”
But deep inside, there’s a quiet voice that whispers: “I want more. I deserve more. I can deliver more.”
But "More" Can Mean a Lot of Things
You’ve felt the pull towards a bigger scope, greater authority, and more impact. There are titles, functions, and jobs you thought were the answer.
But sometimes, if you’re really honest, you’re not exactly sure what’s next.
It could be what’s directly in front of you.
Or, maybe it’s something else you’ve never considered.
The choices feel overwhelming.
How will you know which way to go?
Your Path is Waiting for You
I’m here to tell you that you don’t need to have all the answers.
There are people and organizations that need you.
Your experience, your skills, your talents, your drive, and your energy.
At the level, scope, and compensation you want.
And the best part? There’s more than one right answer.
We Will Build Your Roadmap Together
In 2.5 days, we’ll start to build a map of how you’ll get to where you want to go.
We’ll get clear on what actually matters and what only sounds like it matters.
We’ll discover what might be blocking you and how you can break through.
We’ll talk about who you need to connect with and why.
We’ll create a step-by-step plan that will guide you through your next steps.
And we’ll tap into the power of other leaders like you who are also ready to build their maps.
What This Is: Building Your Roadmap Starts with a Strategic Pause & Community
In the comfort and quiet of the Inn at Twin Linden, nestled in the valley of Lancaster County, you’ll have the space and time you need.
We’ll clarify what you want, why you want it, and your first steps on how you’ll get there, all with the support of an executive coach with more than a decade of C-Suite experience and who has traversed 5 industries and multiple functions.
You’ll be treated to organic, farm-to-table gourmet meals and restorative activities alongside a curated community of other ambitious and intentional leaders.
Kathy will facilitate open, honest, and deep discussions that will help you clarify where you want to head and why. Then she’ll help you kick-start your next steps with a practical plan tailored to you.
-
You would rather have someone do the work for you.
You are content exactly where you are (and we are truly happy for you!).
You find yoga, meditation, and sound baths to be too "woo-woo."
You’re not ready to build a roadmap and actually commit to it.
The power of a collective doesn't resonate; you'd rather go it alone.
Is This Retreat For You?
-
You’re an ambitious professional seeking more.
You are a mid-to-late career individual with a proven track record.
You genuinely believe you are meant for bigger roles and higher impact.
You’re a leader who’s lost their footing and wants to regain momentum.
You want to move forward, but you don’t want to do it alone.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
If you’re flying in for the retreat, we want the experience to feel easy from the moment you land. Our wonderful innkeepers offer pickup service from PHL and BWI, as well as the smaller Lancaster and Harrisburg airports — so there’s no need to rent a car unless you’d like to.
Our hope is that once you arrive, you can truly relax and let yourself be taken care of for a few days.
-
Meals at the retreat are nourishing, comforting, and thoughtfully prepared with whole, nutrient-dense ingredients. Everything served at the retreat is gluten-free, and we accommodate dietary needs, allergies, and sensitivities.
There’s a place on the registration form to share anything we should know and we truly do our best to honor every need. Our hope is that you feel deeply cared for here — right down to the meals shared around the table.
-
This retreat is intentionally small — typically just 10 people
Keeping the group intimate allows for genuine connection, meaningful conversation, and the kind of atmosphere where people quickly stop feeling like strangers. That’s the kind of environment where deep work and real progress can be made.
-
Your retreat experience includes:
— Lodging
— All meals
— All retreat activities and experiences
From the moment you arrive, our hope is that you can put down your responsibilities for a few days, step out of the mental load and constant decision-making, and enjoy being cared for and discovering the path forward for you.

Comfort is absolutely the vibe.
Bring clothes you can curl up in, move in, nap in, laugh in. Workout pants, sweatshirts, cozy socks, pajamas — it’s all welcome here. There is no need to ‘dress up’ or be anything other than fully yourself.
And because we have the entire inn to ourselves from Thursday through Sunday, the atmosphere feels relaxed, private, and easy.
-
Some participants love sharing openly. Others are naturally quieter or take more time to warm up. Both are completely welcome here. There is never pressure to speak before you’re ready.
In fact, one of the greatest gifts we can offer each other is simply listening. I want you to participate in a way that feels most comfortable and authentic to you.
That said, please know that we will have a strict confidentiality policy and that the more you are comfortable sharing, the more you will get out of the experience.
-
If something unexpected comes up and you need to cancel, you may receive a full refund minus the $250 non-refundable deposit. Refunds are available up until 10/12/26.

The schedule is designed to have breathing room so that you can not feel rushed and have the time and space you need to do deep work.
We will have breaks and the movement activities will be optional. Know that they are all intentionally sequenced and scheduled to help you have plenty of room to rest, breathe, and simply be.
If at any point you need an unscheduled break, just let me know. We’ll be developing your comfort with giving yourself permission to do exactly as you want and need – this will be a great chance to exercise that muscle.
